PVR’s well I am taking the risk & building my own. Priced in the mark just above the PVR I have seen in special. This is that the PVR’s have no Drive bay of DVD media. I will use this machine to directly replace the Video Recorder & the DVD Player. With direct access to the internet for latest updates & codecs. Is there a better OS for this job than Vista Home Ultimate?
